I uninstalled open office and stuck office 2003 in. calvin spent 20 minutes with me fixing anything I was too stupid to fix: ms word conversion; plus instructed me in about 15 other software things I didn't know how to use. give calvin remote access to your comp and he'll set up everything u want in about one 200th the time it would take most of us unskilled folks. he gives me about $50 worth of free advice every time I call and says :"call back anytime". best service ever. love it.
