I bought this machine for my nine yr old niece for her birthday, i made the up grade to win ten and it does not recognize the dvd r om but that is typical in my experiences doing the up grade, every thing went well easy really it ran for two days with no issues at all, when i took it to her house for the birthday and set it up, for the first ten minutes it ran fine i was helping her set up her page when we got a flicker and black, no video, i shut it down waited a bit and started it back up it ran for about 45 minutes and same thing, i tried to figure it out and after some research decided to boost the video with a mild dell video card to see if a little help for the chip set might help it will be here in two days, That is why it only got 3 stars, if the vid card does the trick i will bump it to 4, it would have gotten 5 because the machine was very clean case was nice considering it's age and it is exactly as described, if not for the fact that she couldn't have it on the special day, she was very happy for a short while, hopefully i can get it back to her soon working good.

I was looking for a Windows 7 desktop to go with an older scanner I had that would not work with Windows 10. I saw this and thought it was a great deal. Everything came as expected and on time. I had one follow-up question after I received the computer and the Discount Computer Depot customer service was fast and comprehensive. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a computer and it was DoA. After talking to customer care I was able to get another sent to me very quickly. Computer is fast enough for what we need with it and was priced right. Service was fantastic very painless.
