I received my refurb Dell quickly and very safely packaged . It' looks brand new and works like a charm !! DCD will definitely be my choice should I need another laptop in the future .

The product was delivered in only a slightly longer time than expected, but it was in great condition. The packaging used is very simple, very innovative, and very effective. (I've never seen anything like it.) These guys are thorough in how well the computer is prepared. Everything is clean, clear, and in good working order. I wanted it to get faster access to the internet, and it certainly does that. I was running an old XP laptop and this is a delightful improvement. A note of caution: I suppose if I were a bit more savvy about computers I would have realized that 20gigs of the hard drive would be dedicated to space for a "restore" function, should it ever be needed. So be aware that if you really need 160 gigs of hard drive available for your own use you need to get a laptop with 180 gigs advertised. For me this has not a problem. I was concerned about the computer coming with the software I would need, in addition to the Windows7 OS. Not a problem.

I needed a quick and simple laptop that would fit a tight budget. This computer has been great for what I wanted it to do. It isn't a rocket ship, but it is a very good basic computer with everything most people will really need. It runs Windows 7 which is a very stable operating system. It arrived promptly in a very nifty package that pretty well insured it would be in good condition upon delivery. The machine looks almost new, with no obvious signs of abuse or wear and tear.If you need a basic laptop for surfing the web, checking Facebook and doing email duties, this one is a good choice. It is really hard to beat the price. In the last couple of years, I've purchased several computers for Discount Computer Warehouse and been satisfied every time. I have had a couple of tech questions in the past, but their customer service reps were always helpful, and better yet spoke American English. They were friendly, didn't try to pass the buck or make me feel like an idiot. I give them high marks. The next time I need a computer or two, they will be the first place I will contact.
