The Ideal Backup Computer
I use a mini computer to serve as the ultimate backup to my main computer - and this little dynamo is the ideal mini computer to serve as your backup machine. With 4 GB Ram, and various HDD options this X60 can backup most home computers out there. On the 'fun' side of things, this computer can run streaming multimedia, view live TV shows, and play many games (even Microsoft's 3D Pinball in Windows 7 plays well). On the technical side of things, this machine comes with Bluetooth built in, WiFi and Ethernet, runs reasonably cool (as monitored in operation), and has very nice graphics (its not HD, but don't let that deter you, the graphic display is very nice). One last piece: when I registered the product on the Lenovo site I was able to subscribe to get daily updates on the machine from Lenovo; pretty impressive for a machine that was built back in 2007! Besides my own review, everyone who has seen this X60 has been very impressed with what they see. As is obvious, I'm also very impressed with this refurbished computer - a good investment in backup 'technology'.
