It is a good item and I am satisfied. It had one issue when it arrived. A memory stick was missing but they sent one very quick. I spoke with Calvin and he was very nice. He also answered numerous questions I had about other products.

I bought this for a elderly friend who was still using a computer with XP. I added a few programs she was using. It worked right out of the box with no problems and now she has a brand new operating system and a faster computer. It does what she needs email, Pogo games and some shopping, she is very very happy with her "New" computer and I was happy with the service we got from DCD. Thanks

I was in the market for a new pc seeing that i have not had one since 1996,and my wife has had four,not counting the one i had to build from scratch (From the MoBo all the way up). I was not going to spend a fortune on pcs anymore seeing that i have had a few,and most of the time their only as good as whats in there,and how good you maintain,and take care of them . I did a lot of looking around and research and stumbled upon a little Web Site {Under Rated in my book} And thought i would give them a try and ordered 2 pcs one for me,and the other for my wife.After getting the pcs @ the house ,when i got home,right away i started setting them both up,but ran into minor set backs with the set up which was immediately rectified by their tech support {They were all over it right away. I was not only able to speak to them on the phone{ the next day that is} ,but i was also sent an email,and get this a you tube vid, who does that,not many companies out there would. I have already told five people,and if i could let more people know i would not have a problem doing that . Thank You again
