HP 6000 Pro Desktop Computer Tower PC Intel C2D 3.0GHz 4GB 250 DVD-RW Windows 10 and WIFI

I was uncertain about if it was wise to order a refurbished computer from a company over the internet in case I had problems. I had read some negative reviews that had me nervous about getting customer service, so I experimented before purchasing. I called and spoke to a sales rep and after speaking to Jim about their products and warranty, I felt very comfortable with making a purchase from this company. I ordered my computer late on Thursday, July 7 and received it on Friday, July 15 I called customer service because my status continued to show "Awaiting Shipment" and within about an hour of leaving a voicemail, I received a phone call back from Calvin saying that it was shipping that night (Wednesday July 13) and that it would ship FedEx and I could track it with the tracking number. I did check my tracking and it showed that it would arrive on Friday July 15 by the end of the day. The computer arrived Friday afternoon and was packaged wonderfully in air protection packaging. The computer is absolutely wonderful and even came with OpenOffice already loaded on it. I'm very impressed with everything about this company and their products and I will be ordering computers from them again!

I have been running this machine for a week now and can say that it is quick and quiet! I was at first intimidated by a new operating system but if you are upgrading from XP as I was there are really no issues to worry about. Probably the only complaint I have is that win 10 does not network with XP. Great value for the money!!

Product is as sold and works great. easy load up and set up no problems. Would purchase for here again. Great deal for the price.
