Laptop want charge or stay charged. The only way that I can use it is with the charger plugged in, However, if I unplug the laptop it shuts off because it want charge

The battery seems to have a short life each day where I need to constantly recharge it several times each day, sometimes unable to complete my work because it requires recharge again, but then again it beats the Lenovo I bought where the battery was unaccessible unless you are a computer tech and want to take the computer apart to replace battery...

I did not recieve MS Office. I was told during a online chat session when I placed the order iMac and MS Office order that I could get a non-profit copy of MS office with the iMac. When I received the iMac the office key was not included. I called support and they informed me that MS Office was only available if a Windows 10 system is purchased. I gave a 5 star rating because I believe this this was an honest mistake. The iMac is great.
